Crafting a motion picture from a current television series that’s been around for nearly two decades is a dicey proposition, but The Simpsons Movie Blueray fills the larger dimensions of the theater screen quite nicely. A good movie, but also one that betrays the strain of great expectations, a four-episode length, and a 400-episode back catalog.
