A lot of over the counter medication are available today that promises relief from pain. But are these medications really safe? Chemical –base pain relievers are not that safe a nd it does not delivers result immediately for it will still undergo a chemical process. The most painful back problem is commonly experienced by women during pregnancy. A mom can tell how difficult it is to find a relief from back pain during pregnancy, for their priority is their baby’s safety. Thus, taking an over-the-counter drugs that has a chemical-base ingredients are not safe to be used. Natural pain relievers are more effective and safe to be used especially by people that are sensitive with over-the-counter drugs.
